BCBA

As a BCBA, you will implement effective strategies for our learners within the home, school or community setting. Additionally, BCBA's are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and evaluating the execution of programs. Our BCBA’s also provide supervision to our Behavior Therapists, monitor progress of all programs and collect and record behavior/program data.

BCaBA

BCaBAs support the clinical supervisor in providing data driven ABA services to clients and their families. BCaBAs provide direct treatment to clients, consultation and support to behavior technicians, and collect and graph data support implementation of data driven treatment plans. Care coordination is delegated and completed across multidisciplinary teams both within and outside of Compass to ensure collaborative treatment and facilitate long term maintenance of treatment gains.

RBT

Our caring and professional ABA therapists provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. As an RBT you will work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. Our RBTs provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy and collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
