BCBA
As a BCBA, you will implement effective strategies for our learners within the home, school or community setting. Additionally, BCBA's are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and evaluating the execution of programs. Our BCBA’s also provide supervision to our Behavior Therapists, monitor progress of all programs and collect and record behavior/program data.

BCaBAs support the clinical supervisor in providing data driven ABA services to clients and their families. BCaBAs provide direct treatment to clients, consultation and support to behavior technicians, and collect and graph data support implementation of data driven treatment plans. Care coordination is delegated and completed across multidisciplinary teams both within and outside of Compass to ensure collaborative treatment and facilitate long term maintenance of treatment gains.
